We’re a local butcher shop selling farm-direct beef, hand-cut and priced by the pound no middlemen, no markup games. Everything from everyday cuts like brisket and ground beef to USDA Prime steaks, plus whole beef shares if you’re looking to stock the freezer.
Everyday cuts run $5–$17/lb (brisket, ribs, ground beef, ribeyes, porterhouse, tomahawk, filet mignon). USDA Prime Select cuts are also available (chuck roast up through dry-aged tomahawk). Beef shares available from 1/8 cow up to a whole dry-aged cow if you want to buy in bulk and save.
Local pickup available, or we deliver — $7 delivery, free on orders over $75.
